We adhere to the Advisory Guidelines on the Use of Personal Data in AI Recommendation and Decision Systems issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) [2].
Data Anonymization for Ongoing Development: Upon completion of a project or interaction, Epic Dynamics reserves the right to aggregate and fully anonymize any collected operational or interaction data. Once anonymized such that it can no longer identify any specific individual or entity, this data is no longer considered personal data under the PDPA. We retain the perpetual, royalty-free right to use this anonymized data for the continuous training, evaluation, and enhancement of our proprietary AI models, internal algorithms, and agentic workflows.
We implement robust safeguards to protect personal data used in AI systems, ensuring data minimization, anonymization where possible, and adherence to ethical AI principles.
4. Third-Party Tools and Disclosure of Personal Data
Like most websites, we use a few trusted third-party tools to enhance our services and operations:
Google Analytics / Plausible: For anonymous site usage statistics.
Framer: For collaborative design feedback.
Slack / Email: For direct project communication.
Notion: To organize project scope, timelines, and feedback.
These tools may collect basic usage data. We do not grant them access to your personal information unless it is explicitly required to complete a project (with your approval).

We utilize secure systems (e.g., Gmail, Notion, Framer, Slack) and keep everything password-protected. If you have worked with us, your project files are safely archived for backup purposes only. We implement appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
We may use basic cookies to track how individuals interact with our site. These cookies are not invasive or personal. You have the option to disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer not to be tracked at all.
7. Data Retention
If you become a client, we will retain your project files, name, and contact information for reference and ongoing collaboration. If not, we will delete any inquiry-related data after 12 months. We never hold on to anything longer than we need to.

Access: Ask us what data we have on you and request a copy of that data.
Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
