About the project
Initially, the AI Client System inherited a manual, relationship-driven appointment process that worked - but couldn't scale reliably. The workflow was built on phone calls and spreadsheets, leaving efficiency and revenue on the table.
The goal was to reimagine how appointments are set without losing the personal touch that made the sales process effective. We designed an AI-powered booking system that automates scheduling, qualifies leads, and manages client interactions from the front end. Built with a clean, intuitive interface, the system integrates seamlessly into existing workflows - reducing friction for both the sales team and their clients. The result is a smarter, faster, and more consistent client management experience that scales without sacrificing quality.
Challenges
